BREEAM Certification

TGC is using green construction technologies for this project. This is the first warehouse construction project in Russia that is fully BREEAM compliant from the design stage.

The main aspects of BREEAM methodology:

Warehouses and offices
• monitoring of energy consumption
• energy consumption reduction methods to lower operational expenses
• warehouse lighting system , type of lamps CFL with el. Ballasts
• movement sensors to regulate lighting in warehouse
• energy efficient outdoor lighting
• heating equipment with high efficiency
• measurement to monitor losses or leakages
• reuse of water
• using equipment with water reduction for showers, flushing toilets, water taps
• improvement connection of transitions of different materials to avoid heat lost
• provisions at docks to minimize heat lost
• building management system

Facility building
• Solar panels for hot water supply showers

TGC supports the development of environmentally-friendly building practices in
Russia. The company is a member of the RF Green Building Council, which is part of the WorldGBC.
