The construction permit of the LEROY MERLIN shopping center in Nizhny Novgorod was received on November 17, 2017. Infrastructure for all buildings of the shopping and logistics park (40 hectares) under the control of TGC, including the LEROY MERLIN shopping center, is developing successfully: the design of external networks is in the active stage, preparations are under way for the beginning of its construction. As of today, the company's specialists have developed and agreed upon a scheme of a new transport scheme and Access road, which will make the entrance to the park simple and convenient.
